HR Generalist

to join our team in Zakynthos.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job advertising to onboarding of new employees.
• Facilitate the orientation and training programs for new staff to enhance their job skills.
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with applicable laws.
• Oversee performance evaluation processes and assist in employee development planning.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Implement and support employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace morale.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of labor laws and compliance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
