The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join our North America team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing operational delivery with strategic impact and is passionate about building high-performing, values-led teams.
You’ll play a key role in partnering with leaders, supporting employees and delivering core People & Culture initiatives that drive engagement, performance and business growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
Partner with regional leaders to deliver day-to-day People & Culture initiatives aligned to business needs
Support and embed performance management frameworks, driving clarity and accountability
Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, including investigations and grievance processes
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and support onboarding to set new hires up for success
Deliver a consistent and positive employee experience across the region
Manage office operations, including facilities coordination and workplace logistics
Maintain HR systems, employee records and ensure compliance with local legislation
Analyse HR metrics (e.g. turnover, engagement, performance) to inform decision-making
Provide reporting and insights to support continuous improvement and operational excellence
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with global P&C frameworks
What we’re looking for:
3+ years’ experience in an HR / People role within a fast-paced, commercial environment
Strong knowledge of employment law (New York State required; Canadian exposure beneficial)
Experience managing employee relations and supporting performance conversations
Exposure to recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Confident partnering with leaders to support people-related decision making
Experience using HR systems and working with people data and analytics
Strong communication and relationship-building capability
High level of discretion, professionalism and integrity
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership
