You support our team as
HR GENERALIST- TEMPORARY CONTRACT (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management: Onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, extensions, sick leaves, and terminations with the external provider.
Training Management: Follow up of the annual plan for Spain and Portugal and manage training subsidies through Fundae.
Car fleet: Coordinate the company’s vehicle fleet in collaboration with external providers. Assist drivers in Spain and Portugal.
General HR Administration: Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and HR data, prepare reports and support in local and global HR projects including compliance and HSE topics.
HR Projects & Organizational Development: Participate in the design and implementation of HR policies and internal procedures. Support performance evaluation processes and follow up actions.
Qualifications
Education: Degree in Labour Law, Psychology or studies related with HR. At least 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
Language Skills: Advanced in English and Spanish.
Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation and employee relations in the local context.
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Confidence working with HR systems and data; good command of MS Office, HRIS experience (e.g. Workday) considered an advantage
