Role Purpose
The HR Generalist (Talent Management & HRBP) supports the implementation of TM initiatives and HR business partnering activities to ensure effective execution of workforce programs. The role facilitates performance management, talent development and employee grievance handling in compliance with company policy.
Key Responsibilities
• Build a strategic partnership and collaboration with business function and manage HR operational activities
• Coordinate end to end employee lifecycle process: onboarding, confirmation, transfer, exit management, etc.
• Assist in executing engagement activity programs across functions
• Deliver functional periodic dashboards and talent analytics
• Assist in coordinating performance management cycles (yearly & mid-year)
• Support OD & TM interventions such as talent identification and succession planning
• Assist in employee recognition programs aligned with performance and organizational values
• Assist in employee grievances by drafting reports, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience
• 2-3+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in Organization Development or Talent management or business partnering within a structured corporate environment
• Strong coordination, facilitation, and reporting skills
Skills
• HRIS / PMS Systems – experience in using HR software for performance management, promotions, and talent reviews.
• Excel / Google Sheets – proficient in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, and basic formulas for HR analytics.
• HR Analytics & Reporting – ability to generate dashboards on attrition, engagement, performance, and workforce metrics.
• MS Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint for reports, presentations, and documentation.

Work Shift: Hybrid (On-site)
Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
