Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist & Workplace Experience Administrator to provide HR support, office administration, reporting, analytics, and project work in compliance with Polish labor law and company policies. This role collaborates with other HR team members, supports internal business units as an HRBP-like partner, and contributes to initiatives that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

HR Generalist & HRBP Support:
Serve as a primary point of contact and the “face of HR” for employees and managers, providing professional, approachable, and consistent HR guidance.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal clients (teams or business units), supporting managers and employees on HR-related topics including policy interpretation, employee relations, workplace issues, and day-to-day people matters.
Assist in policy administration, compliance, and the maintenance of HR documentation in line with Polish labor law.
Support HR projects and initiatives, including process improvements, engagement programs, and compliance efforts.
Provide reporting, analytics, and insights to HR leadership and internal clients to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistent HR practices across the organization.
Workplace Experience & Office Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities, and employee support, to ensure smooth workplace experience.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including logistics, workspace setup, and coordination of orientation activities.
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Support management with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
Project & Client Support:
Contribute to HR and operational projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Support internal and client-facing activities when required, including preparation of materials, coordination of meetings, and professional written and verbal communication.
Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to support evolving priorities in a highly dynamic and changing environment.
Required Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
4+ years of experience in HR support, HRBP-style client support, or office administration, ideally in Poland.
Strong knowledge of Polish labor law, HR compliance, and policy administration.
Experience with reporting, dashboards, and analytics; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems; or similar tools is a plus.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise managers effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Adaptability, resilience, and comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
