HR Generalist- Skroutz Last Mile (HRG 0426)

How you will contribute to SLM’s vision

We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our Thessaloniki Hub (our second largest hub in Greece), focusing exclusively on our drivers and warehouse operations teams.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the people who keep our last-mile network running every day.

What you will be doing

• Serve as the primary HR contact for drivers and warehouse employees at the Thessaloniki Hub
• Ensure compliance with current Greek labor law, HR regulations, and internal policies
• Support daily HR operations including contracts, attendance, scheduling alignment, and workforce changes
• Collaborate closely with hub manager to address staffing and workforce needs
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for drivers and warehouse staff
• Support performance management processes
• Act as a bridge between HQ HR and the Thessaloniki Hub workforce

Requirements:
Your Skills & Experience
Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar role
• Prior experience in logistics, or operational environments is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of Greek labor legislation and the ERGANI system
• Experience supporting blue-collar or shift-based workforces is a strong plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust on the ground
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to act quickly in dynamic environments
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

• Hands-on mentality with a proactive, field-oriented approach
• Ability to balance employee needs with operational requirements
