Engagement Overview
We are seeking an HR Generalist with a global mindset to play a key role in our global recruitment efforts, as well as support pre-onboarding and onboarding processes.
The ideal candidate is a people-first professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings strong expertise in employment legislation and compliance, along with proven recruiting skills and strong English proficiency.

Scope of Service:
Global Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
•
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing, screening, interview scheduling while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience across our global regions.
•
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, including key skills, and keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
•
Creating a positive and consistent experience throughout the hiring journey.
People Operations Support
•
Partner with the global People team on projects and initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement across our processes.
•
Support key People Operations lifecycle including pre-onboarding, and onboarding ensuring a smooth and organized experience.
•
Maintain records and documentation in line with internal processes and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Company Events
•
Support our Brazil office company events.
Consultant Profile:
•
English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced (mandatory), with the ability to communicate confidently with global teams on a daily basis.
•
5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist role. Experience with recruiting for Technical roles is a plus.
•
A team player mindset with strong accountability and a passion for talent and delivering a great candidate experience.
•
Ability to take initiative, be resourceful, and maintain strong attention to detail.
•
Proven ability to manage competing priorities daily with the flexibility to adjust as needed.
•
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•
Skilled in office administration, event coordination, inventory control, and vendor management.
•
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving global environment.
•
Experience with HR systems: Background check, Applicant Tracking System and HRIS. Lever and HiBob system experience is a plus.
•
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office tools including Word and Excel.
