We deliver our communication product, based on mVAS principles, across a wide range of industries, including real estate, logistics, banks & financial services, retail & e-commerce entities, travel aggregators, and others, as a bulk SMS aggregator. Our innovative value added services increases customer’s stickiness for telco’s driving their ARPU northwards and similarly it creates loyal band of customers for Enterprises.

As HR Generalist, to be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

PB:

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with Finance.
• Monitor leave balances, end-of-service benefits, and other entitlements as per Saudi Labor Law.
• Manage GOSI updates, medical insurance renewals, and WPS reporting.

HR Policy Implementation:

• Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure all employees are informed of policy changes and receive proper training.

PM:

• Monitor and facilitate performance appraisal cycles.
• Provide support in identifying training needs and organizing internal or external programs.

ER:

• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
• Maintain employee discipline and ensure adherence to company policies and labor law.
• Support Saudization programs and ensure Nitaqat compliance.

C&D:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical and digital).
• Ensure compliance with labor law requirements, including contracts, iqama renewals, and government reporting.
• Support audits and inspections from labor authorities.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

• ((Saudi Only)).
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
• Experience: 2–5 years in HR, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role in Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Saudi labor law, GOSI, WPS, Muqeem, Qiwa, and Mudad.
• Skills: Excellent communication (Arabic & English), leadership, conflict.
