Job Title: Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter
Location: Onsite – New Century, Kansas Factory
Reports to: Assistant HRBP
Salary Range- 65K-85K plus bonus

About the Role
The HR Generalist supports day to‑day human resources operations and recruiting and plays a key role in fostering a positive, compliant, and high‑performing workplace. This role partners with employees and managers across the organization to deliver core HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance support, benefits administration, and policy compliance.
What You’ll Do
• Recruiting & Staffing — Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including job postings, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support.
• Onboarding & Offboarding — Facilitate new‑hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation; coordinate exit processes and ensure smooth transitions.
• Employee Relations — Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions; support conflict resolution, coaching, and issue escalation.
• HR Policies & Compliance — Maintain and communicate HR policies; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; support audits and documentation.
• Performance & Development — Assist managers with performance review processes, goal setting, and development planning.
• Benefits Administration — Support benefits enrollment, changes, employee inquiries, and vendor coordination.
• HR Data & Reporting — Maintain accurate employee records; prepare HR metrics and reports; ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Culture & Engagement — Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
• General HR Support — Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and cross‑functional initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of HR experience preferred in a generalist or multi‑functional HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• PHR or SHRM‑CP certification is a plus.
