HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of top talent.
• Oversee the onboarding and induction processes, providing new hires with all necessary tools and information.
• Maintain employee records with precision and adhere to legal compliance requirements.
• Assist in performance management processes, supporting employee development initiatives.
• Act as a trusted resource for employees, addressing HR inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in HR management software and MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
