HR Generalist - Night Operations

Position Overview:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a HR Generalist Night Operations to join our team during the night shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM). We are specifically looking for female candidates who are passionate about HR and dedicated to supporting our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding.
• Handle policy making, HR documentation, and ensure smooth implementation across departments.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, and ESI regulations.
• Oversee performance appraisals, evaluations, and employee grievance handling.
• Maintain HRMS / HR software and ensure accurate employee record keeping.
• Prepare and present HR reports, data analysis, and insights to management for decision-making.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
• Support in payroll coordination and statutory record management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Sound knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in HR software / HRMS platforms (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, BambooHR, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
