Who we are
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to join our HR team and support the full employee lifecycle during a maternity leave cover. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working across different HR areas, combining operational HR support with employee-focused processes.
What you will do:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Post job openings and screen CVs.
Coordinate interviews and collect feedback.
Prepare contracts and employee documentation.
Support and improve the onboarding process.
2. Employee Administration
Maintain employee records and HR systems.
Support probation reviews and contract renewals.
Assist with promotions, role changes, and exits.
Help implement HR policies and procedures.
3. Employee Support & Engagement
Be the first point of contact for HR-related questions.
Support team events and well-being initiatives.
Help promote company culture and internal communication.
4. Performance & Development
Coordinate performance review cycles.
Support managers with goal setting and feedback processes.
Collect and analyze performance data.
Assist in talent and succession planning.
5. Training & Learning
Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
Track participation and maintain training records.
Research learning platforms and development programs.
6. HR Compliance & Reporting
Ensure HR records meet legal and company standards.
Support HR reports on workforce data and engagement.
Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or ongoing studies preferred).
0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (internship experience acceptable).
Strong level of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of HRIS systems.
Master’s degree in human resources is desirable.
