🚨 We’re looking for a meticulous Site HR Generalist will be responsible for end‑to‑end HR activities at the manufacturing site, ensuring smooth HR operations, legal compliance, and strong employee engagement. The role supports both strategic and operational HR requirements aligned with USFDA‑regulated environments. 
Main Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations
• Manage day‑to‑day HR generalist activities at the site.
• Ensure accurate and timely data management across HR systems.
• Monitor and control absenteeism, maintain discipline, and drive productivity initiatives.
• Oversee gratuity, leave management, and statutory HR records.
2. Employee Relations & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with labour laws applicable to pharma manufacturing units.
• Handle employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.
• Facilitate smooth interactions with shop‑floor teams, staff, and workmen.
• Support audit requirements (USFDA‑related or internal audits) with HR documentation.
3. Communication & Engagement
• Drive employee communication initiatives across functions.
• Support site‑level HR programs, awareness sessions, and engagement activities.
4. HR Systems & Documentation
• Maintain strong working knowledge of HR systems and digital tools.
• Keep all HR records, reports, and documentation audit‑ready.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of HR concepts and labour laws
• Good understanding of pharma operations (Formulation/API)
• Experience in TA operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong system knowledge (HRMS, Excel, data handling)
• Ability to handle grievances and employee queries
• High level of integrity and professionalism
Preferred Background
• Experience in a regulated pharma plant
• Exposure to Formulation or API manufacturing environment
• Ability to manage diverse teams and interact at all levels
Education: MSW/ MBA
Experience: 5-10 Years
