Du brennst für Struktur und Kommunikation? Dann unterstütze uns als HR Generalist*in! Wir wachsen rasant – im letzten Jahr von 30 auf über 70 Köpfe. Von der Vertragserstellung über die Pflege unserer HR-Systeme bis hin zur Unterstützung entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles hältst du uns den Rücken frei. Arbeite mit uns im Berliner Office, oder flexibel hybrid. Start: ab sofort oder innerhalb der nächsten 3 Monate!

Deine Rolle bei Matera:

• Du betreust den gesamten Employee Lifecycle – von Recruiting über Onboarding bis Offboarding

• Du entwickelst und optimierst HR-Prozesse und baust zentrale HR-Grundlagen wie Onboarding-Materialien und Mitarbeiterhandbuch mit auf

• Du betreust unser HRIS-System (Lucca) und stellst sicher, dass alle Mitarbeiterdaten aktuell und korrekt sind

• Du übernimmst das Vertragsmanagement sowie die Vorbereitung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung

• Du bist Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte und arbeitest eng mit unserer Team Lead HR Cindy, unserem Recruiter Steffen sowie unseren Werkstudierenden im HR zusammen.
