Job Overview
We are looking for a driven Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is instrumental to our rapidly growing team. This individual will be responsible for leading human resources, recruiting, and the strategy for finding and retaining talent. Proactive Health is expanding nationwide and the Human Resources Generalist will drive the strategy and policies to effectively grow our team across the country.
Responsibilities & Duties
Overall Objective
Drive a culture of excellence amongst our rapidly growing team across an increasing number of states
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business goals and growth forecast
Partner with leadership to develop workforce planning and talent management initiatives to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
Talent Acquisition & Development
Oversee the full cycle recruiting and employer branding efforts
Build and manage effective onboarding and training programs to support employee success and engagement
Compensation & Benefits
Partner with finance to manage HR budgets and optimize resource allocations
HR Operations & Systems
Manage HRIS and data analytics to inform strategic decisions
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR records and reporting
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field
3 years of HR experience, with emphasis on recruitment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Strong understanding of HR law, regulations, and best practices
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and business acumen
Proficiency in HRIS; experience with BambooHR is a plus
