We are seeking a motivated and passionate HR Specialist to manage a range of HR functions, including employee leave & attendance management, training coordination, and HR operations. The role involves utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate, up-to-date and confidential employee information.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Manage end - end onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring seamless onboarding experience including documentation and orientation
• Support employee insurance and benefits administration, and addressing related employee queries.
• Manage leave, attendance, and employee records through the HRMS system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Maintain and update employee files and HR documentation while ensuring strict confidentiality of employee information
• Update and maintain HRMS records with employee lifecycle data
• Facilitate and support employee training and development initiatives
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR programs to promote a positive workplace culture
• Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labor regulations
• Support end-to-end offboarding processes, including exit formalities, documentation, and clearances to ensure a smooth transition
• Support statutory compliance activities, including PF, PT, and related documentation
• Generate HR reports and maintain HR dashboards as required
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
• 3 – 5 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Experience working with HRMS platforms (preferably KEKA)
• Good understanding of end-end employee lifecycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of employment and labor laws
• Experience handling PF/PT and statutory compliance is preferred
