Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee support, onboarding, and offboarding
Process semi-monthly payroll and maintain payroll-related reporting
Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with vendors and carriers
Support Open Enrollment, benefits education, and employee communications
Maintain employee records and HRIS systems, including ADP Workforce Now and BambooHR
Coordinate recruitment efforts, internship programs, interviews, and new hire onboarding
Assist with immigration processes and employment verification documentation
Prepare HR reports and support compensation and employee data tracking
Draft HR communications, policies, and internal announcements
Support employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs
Coordinate benefit invoicing and departmental cost allocations
Partner with leadership on HR-related initiatives and employee relations matters
Create and maintain HR procedures, guides, and process documentation
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
3–5 years of Human Resources experience required
Experience supporting payroll, benefits, recruitment, and employee relations preferred
Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now and BambooHR preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
