About the role
We are seeking a practical, solutions-driven HR Generalist with demonstrated experience operating in fast-paced, environments, who is ready to dive in, roll up their sleeves and tackle challenges head-on.
This position is ideal for someone who has successfully managed complicated people issues from start to resolution, and who brings energy, curiosity and an enthusiasm for finding answers quickly.
You will play a critical role across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently and compliantly, while maintaining accuracy and a consistent employee experience. We are looking for someone comfortable navigating ambiguity, confident in making informed decisions, and motivated to make a tangible impact.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS
Monthly reporting on HR metrics for senior management team. Delivering data that accurately reports retention and attrition, absenteeism, track probation leaves, protective leaves and ultimately ensure data integrity.
Maintain discipline in following HR SOPs end‑to‑end and escalate any breaks in process immediately to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely action.
Absence Management: Manage sick leave certifications, annual leave reports, and return-to-work processes.
Assisting with performance issues, employee relations matters and day to day queries.
Compliance documentation and right-to-work checks
Supporting training and workshops in a timely manner.
Leading engagement initiatives, wellness programmes & coordinating events to further promote an inclusive environment.
Benefits & vendor coordination
Other HR projects as required.
Experience:
3+ years' experience in a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen team player.
Experience working with HRIS systems & excellent MS Office / Excel skills. Ability to generate & interpret HR metrics including turnover, time to hire and engagement.
Strong attention to detail
Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
Education:
• Third level degree qualified (HR), or other Business-related degree.
