Position Overview
The HR Executive will work closely with the HR Lead to coordinate recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operations. This role is focused on ensuring smoother implementation of HR processes, effective management of HR portals, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment support through the Greenhouse portal, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Support onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring compliance with documentation and smooth employee transitions.
• Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resource readiness.
• Maintain HRMS portal with accurate employee data and generate reports to support recruitment and onboarding analysis.
Payroll & HR Operations
• Assist in payroll coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Manage HRMS workflows for attendance, leave, shift, and overtime tracking.
• Support vendor management for HR-related services and employee engagement activities.
Statutory Compliance & Support
• Coordinate statutory compliance activities in alignment with labor laws and regulations.
• Ensure proper documentation of statutory forms, tax records, and employee data.
• Assist the HR Lead in reviewing and implementing HR policies related to employee performance and workplace practices.
Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Naukri, ATS) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Soft Skills:
• Proactive and ownership mindset.
• Clear communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to balance hands-on, work with local & leadership teams.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven approach
Physical Requirements
• Ability to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periods supporting the teams when required.
