Job Summary:
We are looking for a HR Executive – Compensation & Benefits with 2 to 5 years of working experience to join our Human Resources team and help in the management of payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and statutory compliance related to compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll, final settlements, and benefits administration while ensuring accuracy and compliance in HR operations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Process and manage monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
• Handle end-to-end final settlements (Full & Final) for employees exiting the organization.
• Manage Provident Fund processing, including employee contributions and related documentation.
• Handle and coordinate EOBI matters in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Verify and process Health Insurance fluctuation invoices and coordinate with the insurance provider where required.
• Verify and process Life Insurance fluctuation invoices and maintain accurate employee coverage records.
• Maintain and update compensation and benefits records for employees.
• Prepare and maintain payroll and benefits reports as required by HR and management.
• Coordinate with Finance and HR teams to ensure smooth payroll and benefits administration.
• Perform any other Compensation & Benefits related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills:
• Good understanding of HR Compensation & Benefits processes.
• Experience in payroll processing and final settlements management.
• Knowledge of Provident Fund and EOBI processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience:
• Minimum: 2 years
• Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits / Payroll Administration
Education / Qualification:
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferred: Master’s degree in HRM / Business Administration or relevant HR certifications
Location:
• Onsite – Islamabad
