Role Overview

The HR Engagement Specialist is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience by driving engagement, connection, and retention. This role focuses on fostering an inclusive workplace culture through coordinated people initiatives and engagement programs. You will act as a central point of support to ensure employees are informed and engaged throughout their entire lifecycle with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Transitions:

• Manage and execute onboarding facilitation to ensure a smooth transition and positive first impression for all new hires.

• Support the HR Director for employee concerns related to transitions and organizational changes.

• Coordinate offboarding engagement activities, including exit interviews and feedback collection to identify improvement opportunities.

• Culture & Engagement Programs:

• Assist in planning and executing programs aimed at improving morale, job satisfaction, and retention.

• Organize company-wide activities such as team-building events, year-end parties, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and culture-building activities.

• Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Development & Administration:

• Support training and development by coordinating learning activities and maintaining participation records.

• Maintain accurate employee records, update HRIS systems, and prepare HR-related reports.

• Monitor timekeeping records for Colombia and support data entry for timely payroll processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in coordinating employee engagement and culture-building programs.

• Proficiency in HR administration, including HRIS maintenance and detailed record-keeping.

• Analytical ability to interpret employee feedback and survey data.

• Excellent communication skills to serve as a point of coordination for organization-wide initiatives.

• Event hosting and coordination is a plus.

• Ability to reinforce company policies while promoting positive employee relations.
