Job Description
Join us in shaping the future of HR technology! We're seeking an experienced HR Digital Manager to lead our comprehensive HR systems landscape, including Workday (HCM), SmartRecruiters (Talent Acquisition), and Degreed/Docebo (Learning) in Jealott’s Hill. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on system configuration, offering an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation in a diverse, global environment.
Accountabilities
 
• Lead a cross-functional team managing HR system enhancements across our global landscape
• Drive stakeholder engagement and prioritize regional/global demands
• Oversee change management processes and release planning
• Manage vendor relationships and resource allocation
• Configure and maintain our Workday system
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster collaboration across IT, Finance, and Procurement functions
 
Required Qualifications/Experience
• Proven HR technology leadership, including strong Workday expertise
• SmartRecruiters and Degreed/Docebo working knowledge is desirable
• Proven track record in managing global transformation projects
• Strong background in integration delivery
• Experience with performance management and compensation cycles
• Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural teams
• Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Location
The role can be Hybrid or remote, with necessary travel to our Jealott's Hill site for meetings.
Jealott's Hill International Research Centre UK is situated in pleasant semi-rural surroundings between Bracknell and Maidenhead and is the place of work for approximately 800 Syngenta scientists and support staff. Jealott’s Hill is one of the main global research and development sites and key activities include research into discovery of new active ingredients, new formulation technologies, product safety and technical support of our product range.
