We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in collecting, and analyzing HR data to support decision making, and help with improving HR processes.  
• Build dashboards and reports using HRIS (Workday, moving to SAP), Excel, Power BI or similar tools. Support workforce planning and forecasting to support business needs.  
• Using data, identify internal workforce trends and recommend improvements to HR processes.  
• Coordinate with HRIS center of excellence to ensure data integrity; conduct data audits. 
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance and other internal groups.
• Support the HR team with performance management processes and employee relations
• Assist in preparing presentations and data driven insights for leadership decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of HR, data analysis or business analytics 
• Experience in HRIS (Workday and SAP); Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint), advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, etc.) 
• Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
• Designs and develops critical employee dashboards, aligned with business requirements 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, bi-lingual strongly preferred (Spanish, Vietnamese or Swahili) 
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
