HR Coordinator - US & PH HR Operations (Hybrid)

Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support HR operations across both the United States and the Philippines. This role will focus on onboarding, recruitment coordination, HR administration, and employee lifecycle support. While U.S. HR experience is not required, the Coordinator will work closely with both U.S. and PH teams, so adaptability and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding processes for U.S. and Philippines employees, including E-Verify processing (U.S.), background checks, and scheduling orientation
Provide recruitment coordination support for U.S. and PH hiring efforts (interview scheduling, candidate communication, etc.)
Ensure complete submission of new hires of the Pre Employment Requirements have been completed based on timeline.
Perform HR administrative tasks for the Philippine team
Distribute new hire and exit interview surveys and track responses
Upload and manage employee documents in BambooHR, ensuring profiles are complete and up to date
Assist with travel planning and booking for employees as needed
Coordinate 401(k) notifications and communications (U.S.)
Support Open Enrollment activities for both U.S. and Philippines employees
Ensure that all offboarding documents and process have been complied with.
Assist with additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of HR or administrative experience
Experience supporting onboarding and recruitment coordination preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., BambooHR or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting both Philippines and global HR teams
Familiarity with onboarding tools such as E-Verify and background check systems
Exposure to benefits administration (e.g., 401(k), open enrollment processes)
Work Requirements:
Must reside within NCR or neighboring region for contingency
Amenable to work in Makati
