We are hiring an HR Coordinator for our corporate office in Toronto. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing human resources support in all functions of HR including recruitment and selection, new employee orientation, health and safety, employee relations and HR administration.  As a Human Resources Coordinator you will provide vital support for the daily operations of the HR department in our growing team of professionals.

• Coordinate recruitment efforts for the Talent Acquisition team 
• Coordination of all new hire paperwork (ex: monitor status of outstanding documents, confirming collection and processing for onboarding)  
• Support day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to leave of absence administration, employment letter preparation, and any other administrative task as assigned
• Input and maintain accurate employee data 
• Organize and maintain filing, online HR folders, and information
• Liaise with Payroll and IT on employee changes, new hires and terminations
• Schedule and coordinate orientation for new employees
• Organize all administration related to training, including enrolment, materials, and attendance and evaluation tracking 
• Support in implementing HR programs and processes to support employee engagement initiatives 

• Post-secondary degree, diploma or certification in Human Resources Management 
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Human Resources role 
• CHRP in progress  or completed considered an asset 
• Previous experience with Applicant Tracking systems (ATS) 
• Previous experience with HR Reporting and/or Data Entry 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
