Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator will help oversee and manage administrative, operational, and functional assistance with various HR duties, employee relations, and policy enforcement.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee human resource files and documentation, keeping employee database up to date.
Assists with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
Serves as a reliable source of information for employees by answering frequently asked questions or referring the employee to the appropriate individual.
Assists with employee attendance and issues written warnings according to the attendance policy.
Oversee employee performance reviews for managers, ensures they are done in a timely manner.
Performs administrative duties such as filing, scanning, researching, data entry, etc.
Completes other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Some college preferred
Prior related experience required
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize job duties
Exceptional attention to detail
Capable of maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain professionalism
Outstanding verbal and oral communication skills
Keen ability to listen and follow instructions
Working knowledge of office equipment
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
