FoundryCo, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented, motivated, and resourceful HR Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative and operational support across the HR function. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple HR disciplines—including payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and the employee lifecycle processes. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow a long-term career in Human Resources.
This role is currently remote and will change to be fully in-office five days a week in the local Boston metro area in the coming months.
Responsibilities
Employee Support & HR Operations
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering excellent customer service and timely follow-up
• Update and maintain employee data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Generate and distribute monthly and ad hoc HR reports
Payroll, Benefits & Leave Administration
• Work closely with the Payroll Manager to support payroll administration, including bi-weekly payroll processing, data audits, and troubleshooting employee inquiries
• Partner with the Benefits team to assist with benefit administration, enrollment support, and employee questions
• Serve as a key resource for employees regarding leave administration (e.g., medical, parental, and other statutory leaves), ensuring accurate tracking and documentation
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Assist Talent Acquisition by generating offer letters and supporting pre-employment processes
• Own the onboarding experience for new hires, including coordination of documentation, benefit enrollments and equipment needs in partnership with IT
• Manage employee offboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all steps
HR Programs & Annual Processes
• Provide administrative support for annual HR programs, including salary planning and compensation reviews, performance review cycles, and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree required
• 2–4 years of prior HR professional work experience preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive employee information
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
• Superior attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office; HRIS experience strongly preferred
