HR Coordinator, Full-time
Location: On-site Arlington Heights
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Training Administration
Distribute company-wide annual employee training notifications to ensure all staff are informed of required courses and deadlines.
Track training completion by assigned deadlines, monitor compliance, and send follow-up reminders to employees as needed.
Update and maintain the compliance training spreadsheet, ensuring accurate records for audits and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with department managers to address training gaps and ensure alignment with organizational compliance standards.
Recruitment & Hiring
Screen incoming applicants to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Coordinate communication with candidates, including interview scheduling and follow-ups, in collaboration with hiring managers.
Monitor candidate emails and inquiries, responding promptly to maintain a positive candidate experience.
Regularly refresh and post job openings on company platforms and external job boards on a bi-weekly basis to attract qualified talent.
Onboarding
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Conduct orientation sessions, review the employee handbook, and provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and culture.
Assist in the setup of employee accounts, access credentials, and necessary documentation for a seamless first day.
Employee Records & Verification
Process employment verification requests accurately, confidentially, and in a timely manner.
Maintain employee records in accordance with company policies and requirements, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
Employee Support
Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding the employee handbook, policies, and procedures.
Assist with the distribution of announcements and communications through the employee portal.
Act as a point of contact for general HR-related questions, providing guidance and support to staff as needed.
Licensing
Assist with verification of technologists licensure and certification.
Monitor and update tracker spreadsheet and follow-up reminder communications
Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, preferred
Prior experience in a HR role
At least one year of experience in a healthcare or medical setting, preferred
