The HR Co-Ordinator will enable the People & Culture team to deliver impactful Talent, Early Careers, Learning, and Employee Experience initiatives by providing organized, proactive, and high-quality coordination support. By managing logistics, systems, suppliers, and team administration, the Co-Ordinator ensures smooth operations and contributes to an engaging and inclusive people experience.

· Provide administration and in-person support for Talent, Early Careers, and Employee Experience events (e.g., career fairs, DE&I events, milestone moments).

· Coordinate logistics for events, including booking venues, lunches, and catering.

· Liaise with external suppliers (e.g., merchandise providers, food trucks) and manage the setup of new suppliers as needed.

· Manage purchase order (PO) and invoice administration, ensuring timely processing and supplier communication.

· Order merchandise and materials required for Talent, Early Careers, and Employee Experience activities.

· Upload SCORM files and other content to the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure materials are correctly assigned and maintained.

· Liaise with school and college administration teams to support STEM outreach activities.

· Support the administration and logistics of the Work Experience programme (once established).

· Actively manage, create and develop the People & Culture internal SharePoint pages.

· Provide ad hoc administrative support to the People & Culture team, including taking accurate notes during meetings and distributing actions if requested, help to distribute People & Culture gifts and Team Kit

· Experienced in an administrative, coordination, or support role within HR, People & Culture, Talent, Early Careers, Learning, or a similar environment.

· Experienced and confident in providing administration support to multiple events, logistics, or activities at once involving multiple stakeholders.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.

· Confident communicator (written and verbal) who can liaise professionally with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.

· Good problem solving skills and the ability to take initiative when plans need to adapt.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

· Competent with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).

· Brilliant Team player: Team focused, supportive, and collaborative — enjoys helping others succeed.

· Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information confidentially.
