Ibadan Electricity Distribution company (IBDEC) headquarters in Ibadan is responsible for electricity distribution within the south western zone (Oyo, Ogun, Osun and Kwara as well as some parts of Kogi, Ekiti and NigerStates.

We are an organization with focus on delivering excellent services to the customers and providing customer satisfaction through reliable power distribution.

Responsibilities:

As a strategic partner, you will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You will serve as a consultant to management on human resource related issues and act as employee champion and change agents. You will also provide services that delivers HR best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR functions.

Requirements:

Human resources or business related degrees

Hr management /partner/Specialist experience in a large organization

Minimum 4 years experience in the management of HR functions and a minimum of 8 years experience in HR

Relevant advanced degree and professional membership will be an advantage.
