THE ROLE
As HR Business Partner for Würzburg and Metzingen, you will work closely with the Area HR Manager, hotel leadership teams, and the wider HR & Talent team to align people strategies with business goals.
You will support hotel teams across the employee lifecycle and help create an engaging and inspiring work environment. From driving HR initiatives to supporting managers and employees, you will be the go-to HR partner for the hotels.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Support hotel leadership teams in all HR-related matters
• Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals
• Coach and advise managers on people management and team development
• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with German labor law and company HR policies
• Oversee onboarding processes and employee lifecycle administration
• Manage HR administration and system compliance (HiBob or similar systems)
• Coordinate learning & development initiatives
• Support absenteeism management, sick leave follow-up and employee well-being
• Act as a trusted HR advisor for employees and managers
