Location: The Hague

About the position:

We are looking for a highly business-oriented HR Business Partner to support our growth across the BeNeNord region. This role will act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, helping scale a high-growth, sales-led SaaS organization.

You will work closely with leaders across Sales, Channel, and Customer Success to translate business objectives into an effective people strategy—driving performance, engagement, and retention.

This is not a traditional HR role. We are looking for someone who understands how people strategy directly impacts revenue growth, productivity, and organizational scale.

Scope & Impact

• Primary HR partner for the BeNeNord region (Sales, Channel, Customer Success)

• Trusted advisor to regional leadership (VPs, Directors, Managers)

• Direct impact on organizational effectiveness, performance, and retention of top talent

• Part of the Global People Team, contributing to broader regional and global initiatives

Key responsibilities:

· Act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, aligning people strategy with business growth objectives

· Translate business priorities into actionable people plans that improve productivity, engagement, and retention

· Partner with leaders to optimize our human capital via engagement, organizational efficiency, employee relations, change management, learning and development and performance management efforts

· Serve as the day-to-day People Partner for the region(s) and build meaningful relationships with those at all levels of the business

· Lead workforce planning and organizational design, ensuring the right structure and headcount to support growth

· Use people analytics to identify trends (attrition, engagement, performance) and drive data-informed decisions

· Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring plans align with business needs and improve quality of hire

· Own and continuously improve the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through development and retention

· Provide expert guidance on local employment law while enabling scalable and consistent people practices

· Champion a high-performance and inclusive culture, translating engagement insights into concrete actions

What you will bring to our team:

· 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience within fast-paced, SaaS or tech environments matrix organizations

· Fluency in both English and Dutch

· Demonstrated success developing relationships and trust with leadership at all levels – ideally within a sales or GTM organization

· Proven track record of driving a highly effective sales or GTM organization through workforce planning, performance management, and leadership coaching.

· Strong understanding of the Dutch employment laws and requirements

· Scrappy and comfortable with ambiguity and change; ability to roll up sleeves to get things done with limited resources

· Highly organized, able to work through complex problems, set priorities and diligently execute on commitments
