Job Description
As a Human Resource Business Partner, you'll be a key strategic player, partnering with assigned business units to turn organisational goals into real-world people strategies. You’ll be critical in making sure HelloFresh ANZ has the best talent, a thriving culture, and the leadership capability needed to hit our commercial targets.
This role is based in Chippendale, Sydney and reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner.
You will…
• Drive business-aligned people strategies by immersing yourself in business unit operations and translating stakeholder KPIs into measurable HR interventions.
• Own talent pipeline health by identifying critical roles, building succession plans, and leading internal mobility to prevent capability gaps ahead of the business roadmap.
• Retain and develop top performers by partnering with managers on targeted retention plans and measuring impact through voluntary attrition rates.
• Build leadership capability by coaching managers through complex people challenges—performance, conflict, and team dynamics—to build their own leadership muscle.
• Deliver people analytics to business leadership by analysing retention, exit interview, and engagement data, presenting people metrics with the same rigour as commercial KPIs.
• Act as a custodian of culture and values, embedding them into business processes and acting as an early-warning system for morale or cultural issues.
• Manage employee relations matters by providing timely, consistent, and legally sound advice on performance management, misconduct, and grievances.
• Lead and support change management, partnering with business leaders to plan and execute organisational changes with clear communication and support.
You have…
• A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in an HR business partnering or generalist role with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience using people data and analytics to diagnose workforce trends and drive business decisions.
• Strong coaching capability with experience in developing manager capability across performance, conflict, and leadership challenges.
• Strong commercial acumen, demonstrating an ability to align HR activity to business unit goals and KPIs.
You are…
• A natural coach who empowers managers and builds capability across the business.
• Data-driven and comfortable presenting people metrics to senior leadership.
• A strategic and commercially focused partner who understands business operations.
• Legally astute, providing consistent and compliant advice on employee relations matters.

• Flexible working arrangements
• Egoless environment, constant learning with room for personal growth
