Job Purpose:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic role in aligning human resources practices
with business objectives. This role acts as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating business
needs into people solutions and driving initiatives that support a high-performance, engaging,
and inclusive work environment. The HRBP will partner closely with leaders across
departments to shape organizational strategies, develop talent, and ensure HR best practices
are implemented consistently.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership and business unit heads to understand business
goals and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
Talent Management
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Ensure workforce planning aligns with organizational goals and that talent pipelines
are in place for critical roles.
Employee Relations
- Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Foster a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.
Performance Management
- Implement and manage performance management systems including goal setting,
feedback, and reviews.
- Promote a culture of continuous performance development.
Organizational Development
- Identify and implement initiatives that support organizational growth, effectiveness,
and employee engagement.
- Support change management strategies to enhance team adaptability and resilience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Partner with compensation and benefits teams to ensure market competitiveness and
internal equity.
- Contribute to the design and communication of compensation programs.
Employee Development
- Lead the rollout of learning and development initiatives to bridge skill gaps and foster
career progression.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
HR Metrics and Analytics
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor HR effectiveness and drive informed decisionmaking.
- Provide insights to leadership on workforce trends and risks.
Legal Compliance
- Ensure HR practices align with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
- Mitigate legal risks through proactive policy implementation and training.
Diversity and Inclusion
- Champion initiatives that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
HR Technology
- Leverage HRIS and digital tools to improve HR service delivery and reporting.
- Drive adoption of HR technologies to support operational efficiency.
HR Business Partnering
- Serve as a strategic partner and coach to leaders on all HR-related matters.
- Act as the voice of employees and HR within business units, ensuring alignment and
collaboration.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or
related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an HR
Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
Proficiency in English Required
Proven track record of partnering with business leaders in a dynamic and matrixed
organization.
