Job Description

JYSK Logistics is growing, evolving, and opening new Distribution Centres (DCs) in Europe. As our new HR Business Partner, Logistics (maternity cover), you will step straight into a central HR role where recruitment, leadership sparring, strong execution and concept implementation all come together.

You will join a dedicated and international Logistics HR organisation, collaborate closely with HR colleagues across all our 10 DCs, and play a key part in organisational ramp-ups in Italy and Holland.

WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As an HR Business Partner, Logistics, you and your colleagues play an important role in supporting the growth and performance in Logistics.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• HR Business Partnering for the international Logistics service functions who are working across DCs
• Leading HR-related ramp‑up activities for DC Italy and DC Holland, ensuring recruitment, onboarding and training flows run smoothly
• Supporting end‑to‑end recruitment processes and building strong teams across Logistics
• Training and supporting local Recruiters in HR standards, tools and processes
• Driving implementation of core HR concepts such as Mobility, Recruiter concepts
• Supporting local Employer Branding activities in alignment with JYSK EB concept
• Facilitating bi-annual best‑practice sharing with HR Recruiters
• Living our JYSK Values; Tradesman, Colleague and Corporate Spirit

Your base will be in our Distribution Centre in Uldum. Since the position is international 30-40 travel days per year is expected.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

• Experience as an HR Business Partner – preferably from retail or logistics
• Strong experience with recruitment and HR concepts
• Experience from large-scale operations, or ramp-up environments
• Proactive with a practical, hands-on approach
• The drive to deliver outstanding results and continually strive to raise the bar on both quality, efficiency and performance.
• An ability to make independent decisions in a busy working day
• Excellent collaboration skills, the ability to communicate at multiple levels and build good relationships with key stakeholders
• Proficient English skills
