Position: HR Business Partner
Job Purpose
The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to business units by aligning human resources practices with organizational goals. The role is responsible for supporting organizational development initiatives, enhancing employee experience, improving workplace culture, and implementing modern HR practices that contribute to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with different departments to understand business needs and provide effective HR solutions.
* Develop and review organizational structures and job descriptions to improve operational efficiency.
* Participate in designing and implementing employee engagement, loyalty, and motivation programs.
* Support training and development initiatives and identify organizational training needs.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of performance management systems and incentive programs.
* Monitor HR metrics and prepare analytical reports to support decision-making.
* Promote a positive work environment and strengthen organizational culture.
* Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices.
* Support organizational change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional HR certifications are preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
