HR Business Partner in Central & Eastern Europe Region
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team supporting the Central & Eastern Europe region. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and play a key part in driving HR excellence, organizational effectiveness, and people‑related initiatives across the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary HR advisor in core HR processes (Performance Management, Talent Management, Annual Compensation Review, Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding).
• Provide guidance and support in organizational change processes, including structural changes and efficiency improvements.
• Coach managers on effective performance management practices and support them in handling complex or sensitive employee matters.
• Initiate and implement HR projects and initiatives that support business objectives.
• Contribute to improving HR effectiveness and operational excellence across CER countries.
• Lead recruitment for key positions across the region.
• Coordinate employee engagement surveys and follow-up action planning at regional and business function levels.
• Develop Employer Branding activities in collaboration with the regional communications team.
• Support the annual budgeting process during the planning phase.
• Deliver internal training sessions for employees and managers in English.
• Collaborate closely with HR teams across local, regional, and global structures on project execution and implementation.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong track record across various HR areas in a global, matrixed organization.
• Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Fluency in spoken and written English (C1 level).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Comfort working with data, identifying patterns, and making data‑driven conclusions
• Interest in leveraging AI tools and solutions in HR processes will be considered an advantage.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects through to completion.
• Proven capability to build trusted partnerships and effectively influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• Experience in driving organizational change, navigating ambiguity, and leading effective problem‑solving initiatives.
• Willingness to work in an international environment and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions
