Job Description

Ecolab seeks an accomplished and forward-thinking HR Partner, possessing a minimum of six to eight years’ high-quality experience in Human Resources. This pivotal position provides strategic support to the HR Manager, ensuring the effective operation of HR processes that enhance employee experience, organizational branding, engagement, employee relations, and compliance. How you'll make an impact:

Responsible for local implementation of EU HR Initiatives impacting division(s) within their scope, supported by HR Ops. Advisors.

Responsible for assessing and communicating local business needs to EU HRBP’s

Local Talent Council

Talent Management (division’s leadership / successors) other top talent

Coaching to local division’s leadership

Compensation Planning

Organization Design (team composition responding to broader OD)

Identify trends impacting productivity and seek support to implement mitigation (e.g.absenteeism)

Provide comprehensive support to the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

Coordinate and support Talent Development Programmes to promote employee growth.

Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with company values and legal standards, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.


What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or other related area

Minimum of 6 – 8 years’ experience in human resources. as HR BP or Generalist

Fluent in English (C1 confirmed by certificate) and Spanish


Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or MA Human Resources or Industrial Relations

Valued experience in working within HRIS systems (Workday)


Competencies:

Strong understanding of HR management best practices, employee development, and performance management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.

Proactive and open-minded approach to HR practices.

Ability to work well under pressure in fast paced environment.
