Objective
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring consistent, fair, and effective people practices across the organization. This role supports the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, off-boarding, HR communications, and day-to-day coaching and advisory support. The HRBP partners closely with leaders to address people issues proactively, reinforce accountability, and support a healthy, compliant, and high-performance work environment.
Main Responsibilities
Coaching & Advisory
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on HR policies, compensation and benefits guidelines, and people decisions
Act as an SME for selected HR processes (e.g., onboarding, talent management, culture, diversity, audits)
Ensure adherence to HR policies and contribute to HR projects aligned with the overall people strategy
Employee Relations
Manage and resolve employee relations and disciplinary matters in compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Advise leaders on best practices for handling employee issues and workplace concerns
Support and follow up on action plans derived from organizational climate and engagement surveys
Off-Boarding
Manage off-boarding processes to ensure compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience
Act as subject matter expert for off-boarding practices and related audits
Performance Management
Support employees and leaders throughout the performance evaluation cycle
Coach leaders on performance expectations, feedback, and differentiation
Ensure consistent application of performance management processes
HR Communication & Engagement Activities
Coordinate and support internal employee engagement initiatives, including company events, celebrations, and recognition activities
Ensure events are well-governed and aligned with budget and organizational priorities
Coordinate and review internal HR communications, ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment with internal guidelines
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on content, tone, and messaging related to people processes
