About the Role
We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on HR Business Partner who can support business leaders in building high-performing teams. This role will anchor Performance Management, Learning & Development, and People Analytics, while driving culture, programs, and org effectiveness.
What You’ll Own
• Partner with business leaders on org design, talent planning, and people strategy.
• Lead Performance Management cycles, OKR alignment & continuous feedback culture.
• Drive Learning & Development programs, skills-gap analysis & capability building.
• Own People analytics—attrition insights, engagement metrics, productivity dashboards.
• Solve org challenges using data-driven insights & leadership partnership.
• Manage employee experience interventions & governance.
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Experience as HRBP in a fast-paced startup / scale-up environment.
• Strong grounding in performance systems & capability frameworks.
• Excellent grip on Google Sheets, data analysis, and insights storytelling.
• High empathy, problem-solving capability, and business acumen.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar.
• Proven track record of aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and challenge at all levels of the organization.
• Surge to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
