Job Description

We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of an experienced HRBP in Hong Kong (onsite).

Key Responsibilities

• Deeply partner with departments to align HR with business goals and execute initiatives efficiently.

• Identify opportunities/challenges; apply advanced HR solutions in talent, compensation, performance, and relations.

• Collaborate with leaders/employees to build a positive, high-performing culture and resolve issues swiftly.

• Source talent via diverse channels; design and drive personalized development programs.

• Anticipate evolving needs; review org structure/talent regularly and mobilize resources to enhance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years HRBP experience in relevant industries.

• Hands-on expertise in performance management, recruitment, and org development.

• Strong execution, responsibility, and timely high-quality delivery.

• Proactive, collaborative, independent problem-solver with fast-paced learning agility.

• Fluent in English/Mandarin is required.
