What you will do

As an HR Business Partner, you will support our Product and Engineering teams in Spain and Belgium. You will act as a key operational & tactical partner for the business, collaborating closely with the Senior HRBP to translate strategy into action. Your role will be to implement key people initiatives, facilitate organizational development, and consult with managers and employees to drive performance and engagement. You will be a crucial link in our Talent Enablement team, ensuring our product and engineering teams are set up for success.

Where you will have impact

• Develop and roll out HR policies and people programs that support our business objectives.

• Act as a trusted partner to managers, providing expert guidance on people management, team development, and performance.

• Help business leaders to coordinate key human resources initiatives, including training, employee feedback, and internal mobility.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the team you support, working to resolve concerns, build morale, and increase retention.

• Analyze trends in engagement, L&D and retention to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Collaborate with the People Ops and the Talent Acquisition team to drive operational excellence and ensure a best-in-class hiring and employee experience from onboarding to off-boarding.

About our team

You will be a key member of our Product and Engineering Talent Cluster, a specialized group within the broader Talent Enablement team. In this role, you'll work in close partnership with the Senior HR Business Partner for our technical function. While the Senior HRBP shapes the global strategy, you will be the driving force for execution within our Product and Engineering teams in Spain and Belgium. Our team is collaborative and results-oriented; we bridge the gap between global vision and local business realities, ensuring our managers have the support they need to succeed.

Who you are

Essential

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.

• Strong experience in change management, with the ability to guide teams through organizational shifts and secure stakeholder buy-in.

• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to use data to tell a compelling story.

• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across a diverse organization.

• Proven ability to manage conflict and the courage to challenge organizational thinking when necessary.

• A resilient and adaptable mindset, with experience working through and managing ambiguity and change.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
