Job Description
• Align HR strategies and solutions with business objectives of the assigned sector/departments.
• Represent assigned departments within the HR team and communicate HR-related challenges and initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
• Advise managers on workforce planning, recruitment needs, and participate in candidate selection and future role planning.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate training, coaching, and development initiatives.
• Support and guide managers in performance management, goal setting, KPI alignment, and performance review processes.
• Review and support compensation and benefits programs in coordination with the Compensation & Benefits unit.
• Implement succession planning and identify high-potential employees to build talent pipelines.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure understanding and compliance with HR policies and updates.
• Act as an HR advisor on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures and HR analytics reporting.
• Monitor compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Review operational and control reports and take necessary actions in line with approved procedures.
• Ensure daily HR operations are executed according to policies and delegated authorities.
• Participate in crisis management and business continuity planning to minimize operational disruptions.
Requirements:
• University degree in Administrative Sciences, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in Human Resources.
• Full proficiency in English (reading and writing).
• Deep knowledge of all HR systems and procedures.
• Full understanding of Jordanian Labor Law and its applications.
• Good knowledge of work policies and procedures, including updates (internal and external).
• Proficient in computer use and various HR systems.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills (with internal and external stakeholders).
• Persuasion and influencing skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
