Job Description

The position is initially limited to 18 months.

• Advising leaders on labor law, personnel, and organizational matters
• Promoting engagement, alignment, and cultural development in the teams you support
• Coaching leaders on people leadership topics such as change management, feedback, performance, and team effectiveness
• Managing the annual performance and compensation review process, including facilitating calibration meetings
• Analyzing the teams you support using HR data and business metrics
• Supporting cost center, headcount, and budget planning in collaboration with People Analytics
• Contributing to compensation reviews, benchmarking, and the development of salary and benefit structures

• Completed degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in HR business partnering with strong expertise in strategic leadership advisory
• Proven experience in guiding and implementing change processes and sustainably embedding organizational transformations
• Solid knowledge of labor law and experience handling labor law issues
• Excellent English skills
• Strong hands-on mentality with structured, process- and solution-oriented thinking
• Independent, structured, and results-driven working style
