Job Description

Located 70 km from Mexico City, Bosch Plant in Toluca (TlP) has manufactured a wide range of products and solutions for the Automotive Business for over 58 years.

Main Objective:

Manage and ensure the benefits strategy and its proper implementation on the site.

What challenges will you have?

• Design and execute the site benefits strategy, ensuring the proper execution of its processes and KPi continuous improvement.
• Ensure the payment of the Productivity Bonus, as well as its calculation and the continuous improvement that derives from this process.
• Ensure the proper operation of cafeteria providers, OXXO, vehicle fleet, transportation, among others.

Qualifications

Technical Knowledge

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Experience managing employee services within a manufacturing environment.

• Bilingual proficiency (English–Spanish) at a B2 level or higher.

• Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
