Responsibilities
• HR Lithuania mailbox management;
• HR operational documentation preparation & archiving;
• Contract amendments, termination annexes, overtime consent forms, other;
• Medical certificate tracking, follow-up, reminders;
• Time keeping audits: auditing quarterly vacation requests’ reports, monthly sick leaves’ check-ups, etc., and messaging employees if there are discrepancies;
• Migration information & tracking (administrative tasks, documentation): tracking of employees’ residence permits, notifying employees in advance before their residence permit expires;
• Sick leave bi-weekly audits;
• Other data audits: emergency contacts, personal contacts, personal code and etc;
• Input to Payroll: absences (vacations, sick leaves, other), overtime;
• Input to Onboarding: communication to New hires, agenda, New hire data collection;
• Other tasks that may appear.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree preferably in HR / Law / Business administration;
• Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills in written and spoken;
• High client orientation, confidentiality, empathy & communication skills;
• Organizational skills, attentiveness to detail.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
• Job experience of working with sensitive data;
• Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot);
• Proactivity in making minor changes in processes to solve problems.
