HR Associate (Night Shift) | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Monitor HR reporting systems to identify caregivers with upcoming or expired compliance documents.
• Proactively contact caregivers via phone and other communication channels to request updated documentation.
• Follow up consistently to ensure timely receipt of required documents.
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain caregiver records in the system.
• Track and document communication attempts and compliance status.
• Escalate unresolved compliance issues to the appropriate supervisor or HR leadership.
• Ensure all documentation meets company and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
• At least 6 months experience as an HR / Recruitment experience
• BPO Experience is a PLUS!
• Good working knowledge with MS tools
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, V-LOOKUP)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
• Wiling to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts
