ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an HR Associate to join our rapidly expanding team. Responsibilities:
• Administer salary structures, pay adjustments, and compensation policies.
• Manage HMO, insurance, allowances, and company benefits programs.
• Ensure accurate processing of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR contributions and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors (HMO, insurance, government agencies) for updates and resolutions.
• Support payroll processing by validating compensation data, deductions, and benefits.
• Maintain HRIS/employee records related to compensation and benefits.
• Assist with performance bonus calculations and salary review cycles.
• Monitor compliance with the Labor Code and company C&B policies.
• Address employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and government contributions.
Requirements:
• At least 6 months work experience as an HR Generalist/Associate or similar
• Human Resource / Psychology fresh grads can apply!
• Knowledgeable with local employment laws
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Makati and Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts
