• Global reporting
• Coordination and follow-up on the timesheets of employees.
• Closure of employees accounts after their departure from the company.
• Extraction of Data from our internal tracking system, and production of reports.
• Recording and filing
• Timecards recording
• Recording of internal training material
• Recording of employee files
• Administrative follow-up
• End of probation period & Regularization
• End of contract
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR or Admin assistant in an international company
• Strong consistency and attention to detail
• Correct level of English
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic – must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
• Ability to function in a global team environment
• Open to multicultural work environment
Nice to have:
• Good Knowledge of Excel
