HR Assistant (m/f/x)

Skeleton Technologies is looking for a hands-on

HR Assistant (Summer Trainee) to support our HR operations at our Varkaus factory. This is a fixed-term summer position, running until mid-August.

The HR Assistant supports the HR team in daily HR operations and works closely with employees, line managers, and other support functions.

Key tasks:

- Assisting with employment-related matters

- Updating and maintaining employee data in HR systems

- Supporting the verification and monitoring of hourly employees’ working hours

- Maintaining HR documentation in systems and collecting payroll-related materials to be submitted to the outsourced payroll provider

- Assisting in the recruitment process

- Supporting onboarding arrangements for new employees and summer trainees

- Preparing and coordinating onboarding materials

Requirements:

• Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR some prior experience in HR-related tasks
• Interest in practical, operational HR work
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
